1. Scope of Service
ProtocolExpert provides digital infrastructure including campaign dashboards, press release distribution databases, gate pass ticket scanners, and opinion polling aggregators. These services are provided on a monthly subscription basis, or as part of a custom advisory retainer.
We do not act as the direct representative or public spokesperson for any candidate or political coalition. The candidate remains solely responsible for the content of all press statements, manifesto claims, and rally announcements.
2. 99.9% Platform SLA Commitment
During critical campaign intervals, such as election weeks and scheduled rally dates, ProtocolExpert commits to a **99.9% Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA)** for all public-facing RSVP landing pages and scanner API check-in gateways.
If the platform encounters server-related downtime during a scheduled, registered rally, clients are entitled to service credits calculated against their monthly software subscription tier.
3. Advisory Retainers & Cancellation
Custom advisory retainers (VVIP & Growth Tiers) are billed monthly in advance. Strategy consultations, digital war room installations, and ground profiling audits must be scheduled with a minimum 48-hour notice.
Cancellations or terminations of monthly plans require a 15-day notice submitted securely via the portal support ticket desk. Past billing cycles are non-refundable due to immediate strategy and media distribution costs incurred.
4. Compliance & Campaign Rules
All campaign communications sent through our platform must comply with local laws, including regulatory guidelines issued by the **Election Commission of India (ECI)** regarding campaign expenditures, advertising silent periods, and digital media permissions.
ProtocolExpert reserves the right to suspend any campaign workspace found to be distributing malicious deepfakes, unauthorized splicing, or unsanctioned voter records.
