1. The Automatic NDA Guarantee
At ProtocolExpert, we maintain that all interactions—including callback requests, demo reviews, and initial strategy calls—are immediately protected under our standard **Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)**. No strategic campaign notes or candidate aspirations are shared outside our senior strategy circle.
This NDA remains legally binding from the second you submit your name or organization details in our secure contact portal.
2. Campaign Data Encryption & Storage
All constituency profiles, opinion poll datasets, media contact lists, and volunteer coordination tasks are encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3) and at rest (using AES-256 encryption keys managed securely).
Database instances are isolated per political campaign client. We do not maintain shared indexes, ensuring zero leakage of voter targeting lists or constituency support trends between opposing campaigns.
3. DPDP Act (India) Compliance
In accordance with the **Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India**, ProtocolExpert operates strictly as a Data Processor on behalf of our candidates (Data Fiduciaries). Any ground volunteer surveys, voter registration logs, and sentiment tracker profiles are collected only with explicit consent and are deleted immediately upon campaign termination.
4. Media & Press Statement Secrecy
All PR drafts entered into the **PR & Media Room** remain private and drafts are locked. No distribution occurs until the client logs in with secure credentials and authorizes publication. Distributed statements are delivered securely directly to media channels using certified APIs, ensuring statements are not leaked prematurely.
5. Ground Volunteer Access Revocation
Administrators have the absolute authority to revoke access codes issued to ground ticket-scanners and field volunteers instantly. Once revoked, the volunteer app loses all cached sync access to candidate assets or RSVP lists.
